Organic fertilizer advantages and efficacy
Organic fertilizer advantage
1 Compared to chemical fertilizers:
1) Bio-organic fertilizers contain a complete range of nutrients; chemical fertilizers contain only one or several nutrients.
2) Bio-organic fertilizers can improve soil; regular use of chemical fertilizers can cause soil compaction.
3) Bio-organic fertilizers can improve product quality; excessive application of chemical fertilizers results in inferior product quality.
4) Bio-organic fertilizers can improve the rhizosphere microbiome of crops and enhance the resistance of plants to diseases and insects; chemical fertilizers are a single microbial community of crops, which is prone to diseases and pests.
5) Bio-organic fertilizers can promote the utilization of chemical fertilizers and improve the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers; the use of chemical fertilizers alone can easily lead to the fixation and loss of nutrients.
2 Compared to refining:
Refined organic fertilizer is a commodity organic fertilizer that is packaged and sold after drying and crushing livestock and poultry manure.
1) Bio-organic fertilizer is completely decomposed, does not burn roots, and does not rot seedlings; refined organic fertilizer is not decomposed, and it decomposes in the soil after direct use, which will cause seedling burning.
2) Bio-organic fertilizers decompose at high temperatures, killing most pathogens and eggs, reducing the occurrence of pests and diseases; refined organic fertilizers do not decompose, and when they decompose in the soil, they will attract underground pests.
3) Beneficial bacteria are added to the bio-organic fertilizer to reduce the occurrence of diseases due to the occupation effect of flora; refined organic fertilizer kills all the microorganisms inside due to high temperature drying.
4) Bio-organic fertilizers have high nutrient content; refined organic fertilizers cause nutrient loss due to high temperature treatment.
5) After deodorization, bio-organic fertilizer has a light odor and is almost odorless; without deodorization, refined organic fertilizer will produce a foul odor when it returns to moisture.
3 Differences from farm manure:
1) Bio-organic fertilizer is fully decomposed, and the egg mortality rate reaches more than 95%; farm manure is simply composted, and the egg mortality rate is low.
2) Bio-organic fertilizer is odorless; farm manure has a foul odor.
3) The application of bio-organic fertilizer is convenient and uniform; the application of farm manure is inconvenient and the application of fertilizer is uneven.
4 Differences from biological fertilizer:
Bio-organic fertilizers are inexpensive, costing around 800 yuan per ton; bio-bacterial fertilizers are expensive, costing tens of thousands of yuan per ton.
2) Bio-organic fertilizers contain functional bacteria and organic matter, which can improve the soil and promote the release of nutrients fixed by the soil; bio-bacterial fertilizers only contain functional bacteria, which can promote the utilization of soil fixed fertilizers.
3) The organic matter of bio-organic fertilizer itself is the living environment for functional bacteria, and it is easy to survive after being applied to the soil; while the functional bacteria of bio-organic fertilizer may not be suitable for some soil environments.
