真假新风系统如何辨别?

近年来,由于雾霾、空气污染的加重,空气净化器、新风系统市场异常火爆,随之而来的是各大空气净化器品牌的疯狂宣传推广与销售。在这其中,肯定不乏浑水摸鱼的商家通过贩卖假冒或伪劣的空净产品欺骗消费者。

新风系统

要知道什么是真正的新风系统,就要先知道什么是伪新风系统。

伪新风系统,说的直白点就是无法将室外的新鲜空气充分引入到室内的系统。

主要有两类:

第一类就是室内空气和室外新鲜空气根本无法交换的系统,例如空调,一些空调号称自带新风模式,其实依然是内循环,这就是最为典型的伪新风。

首先,带新风的空调采用的是正压送风,而室内压强到一定程度后,高于室外压强和风机静压,风就再也进不到室内了,所以无法解决通风换气问题;其次,这些带新风的空调排风口处细菌大量繁殖,尤其是冬天;第三,这种带新风的空调无法做到与室外空气进行充分交换,而且价格也要高于普通空调。

另一类就是室外新鲜空气无法和室内空气进行充分交换的系统,例如,壁挂式新风机等,虽然能够交换,但只能交换一个局部范围的,交换的不够充分。

那么,再聊聊真正的新风系统。

真正的家用新风系统按送风方式分类,可以分为两种类型:

一、单向流新风系统

单向流新风系统分为两类:一类是负压新风系统,另一类是正压新风系统。

1、负压新风系统

负压新风系统是指由超静音风机不间断持续的向室外排出室内的污浊空气而使室内空气形成一种负压,根据大气平衡原理,室外的新鲜空气通过墙式进风器或窗式进风器直接引入室内,从而使室内的空气即清新又洁净。

新风主机安装在卫生间或厨房的顶棚内,将室内污浊空气通过各排风口吸入主机强劲地排出室外,在室内空气自然形成负压区域,利用负压效应,让室外新鲜空气经通风口过滤,自动进入室内,形成排风、进风的不间断持续地循环。

负压新风系统,实质上就是一个排气扇,特点是,不需安装送风管道,但吸风口的过滤效果很一般。

2、正压新风系统

正压新风系统的原理和负压新风系统相反,整个系统只有进风口,也只在进风口安装风机,强行往屋内送风,形成正压,污浊的空气的流向不考虑,迫使污浊空气从窗缝、门缝等排出。

二、双向流新风系统

与单向流不同的是,双向流的新风是由新风主机通过送风管道送入到室内的,在进风口和排风口都有动力和管道,通过机械和管道往室内送风和排风。双向流新风系统也有很多

 

类型,常见的有:

1、送排对应式

即一个新风口对应一个排风口,能够保持每个房间风量平衡。

优点是每个房间都能形成一个独立的空间,效果最好;缺点是管道复杂,每个房间都要多一路排风管道,可能还要梁上打洞,成本较高。

2、多送单排式

即多个新风口,对应1-2个排风口,排风口可设在走道,卫生间,阳台等地房。

优点是管道较为简单,如果配合地送风,几乎就不用在梁上打洞(新风口在地上,排风口在主机附近),成本较低;缺点是每个房间的房门需要留一点缝隙,否则难以实现换气)。

三、全热交换新风系统

问题来了:冬天和夏天的时候,室内外空气进行交换的话,室内温度应该如何保证温度呢?于是,有了热交换器的应用。严格意义上讲,全热交换新风系统是双向流新风系统的一种而已。

全热交换只是一个模块,是在双向流新风系统的基础上加了一个全热交换模块,既能保持通风又能尽量节约能源。比如夏天不至于把室内的凉气全部排到室外,把室外的热风全部吸进来;冬天不至于把室内的热气全部排到室外,把室外的寒风全部吸进来。适合开空调的同时又可以开新风机的情况。
