三室两厅的住宅要装修 装中央空调是否合适?

家庭使用的空调分为分体式和中央空调,分体式即,即常见的壁挂机或框机,是一台室内机对应一台室外机;中央空调则是一台室外机托动数台室内机。工作原理自不必多说,分体机是开一台室内机,运行一台室外机;中央空调则是运行一台室外机,托动多台室内机。

      一、预算:

      主要还是要看装修的预算,三室两厅的房子,如果装分体机,三台卧室的壁挂机一台在3000元左右,一台客厅用柜机大概在6000元左右,总体下来在15000-20000之间;如果安装中央空调,一托四,大致费用25000-30000之间。如果预算足的话,可以安装中央空调。

      二、家庭人口数量及使用频率:

      从这个方面分析,如果家庭人口比较多,每个房间都会住人,同时开空调,则需要三台外机同时运行,三个房间独立使用;而如果使用中央空调,三个甚至四个内机同时开启,只需要一个外机运行即可;从能耗方面考虑,还是中央空调相对较省电,而分体式的三至四台外机同时运行,能耗比较高。

      所以要看家庭人口的数量及使用的频率,来确定到底使用那种空调。

      三、市政供热:

      如果房子所在区域没有集中供热,冬天和夏天都需要使用空调,频率较高,一年中近一半的时间都需要使用,则建议使用中央空调;但如果有集中供暖,只在夏天使用空调,可以使用分体式空调。

      另外:现在很多家庭都注重空气健康,使用新风系统,需要走管线,而中央空调也需要走相应的管线,可以同时安装。

      中央空调其他优点:

      1、节省空间:只需要一台室外机,不需要室内机,只需要出风口,节省室空间;

      2、美观:没有裸漏的管线,也不需要往墙上打孔,没有室内机;

      3、噪音低:

     总体来说,能在需要中央空调的情况下(3室一厅,110平即以上),家用空调方案的唯一优势就是可能价格会便宜一点,但是其他方面要为其辩解都是无力的,要看每个人对价格的敏感程度和对家用其他劣势的忍耐程度了。个人观点,随着消费水平的提高,中央空调方案会逐步取代家用空调。各厂商对中央空调的态度和相关数据可以说明这一点,目前包括水机等各产品类别中,中央空调类别增长是最快的。
