Talk about the balance between user experience and risk control
Before I said that many entrepreneurs are prone to make mistakes, excessive idealism, treating users as good people. I said a keyword, I can't say that there must be many bad users. Maybe there are only 1% of bad users, but it is very likely that the destruction of one bad user can offset the creation of a hundred good users. This is a very common entrepreneurial dilemma, because small negligence can lead to great losses.
Therefore, some inexperienced entrepreneurs should have this awareness, at least in the concept of risk control, to know how to avoid and prevent bad things, not too idealistic.
But, everything goes too far, entrepreneurs and some big companies have another extreme, that is very sensitive to bad things. Very worried, risk control awareness is very strong, which leads to product design concerns, user experience plummets. In short, treat all users as bad guys to prevent.
Therefore, balance is the key.
I've also talked about this before on "Those Employees Who Push Too Hard."
In fact, many large companies have encountered this problem. No matter what you want to do, lawyers and legal affairs will tell you that this risk is very high, that one cannot be done, the policy is not clear, etc. You do nothing, they are the safest, so this is the reason why many start-up companies still have the opportunity to stand out. Those who are barefoot are not afraid to wear shoes.
