Diesel generator operation and maintenance management procedures
Start: Turn the key from the "O" to the (preheat) position through the "I" position to activate the preheater. Hold for 7 seconds to preheat the inhaled gas. After 7 seconds, put the key back into the (start) position and start. When the engine block starts, immediately let go and let the key return to the "I" (ON) position. Must run empty for more than 5 minutes before sending a load;
If it cannot be started, the starting time should not exceed 5 to 7 seconds. Keep every 10 seconds, and the key should be completely reset to the "O" (off) position. If it has not landed after starting 4 times, stop and refer to the "Diesel Engine Manual".
4.4.5.2 stop method
Normal shutdown: When you want to shut down, first turn off the output circuit breaker of the generator set (handle down), and let the generator set run for 5 minutes without load for cooling. Then turn the key back to the "O" (off) position, and the generator set will stop;
Emergency stop: If the emergency stop button is pressed or the control knob is screwed to the "Stop" position, the generator set will stop immediately. Before starting again, the control knob is screwed to the "Stop" position, and the emergency stop button is rotated clockwise to reset and confirm the cancellation of the alarm.
