Grounding of diesel generator set
1. Install a grounding end point in the generator room for the grounding of the backup generator equipment (the responsibility of the civil contractor).
2. The 404 galvanized flat steel laid along the generator room is led from the grounding end point, and the generator base, fuel tank, generator control panel, cable tray/ladder, etc. must be connected to this grounding device respectively.
Generator room noise control
The generator room should take comprehensive treatment measures for unit noise reduction and machine room sound insulation. After treatment, the environmental noise should meet the national standards and the noise intensity requirements of the local environmental protection department. The following measures are adopted for noise reduction treatment:
1. Install a 1500mm long-term sound box into the trend, and the wind speed does not exceed 2.5m/s;
2. Install 1800mm long-term muffler in a row trend, and the wind speed does not exceed 5m/s;
3. Support the generator with a vibration isolation spring with at least SOmm static load deflection;
4. The engine is equipped with a silencer, model NARRRE150mrn or above;
5. The internal walls and ceilings of the computer room are treated with sound insulation and noise reduction, using aluminum gusset plates and silencer plates.
Generator wiring system and control circuit diagram
1. In the generator room, an appropriate size diagram of the power distribution wiring system for important loads shall be placed in a wooden frame with a transparent panel and fixed in a conspicuous place.
2. A set of control circuit diagrams shall be stored in the control panel.
Generator warning sign
A warning sign written in Chinese/English with a font height of not less than 50mm must be provided, with the words: "ATTENTION: ENGINESTARTSAUTOMAT1CALLYW1THOUTWA-RNING. DONOTCOMECLOSE", "Note: The engine will start automatically without warning, do not approach". And fixed in a visible place in the generator room.
