2018

B轮估值25亿美元,融资数亿美元。5月发布首款云端智能芯片MLU100及相应的板卡产品,成为同时拥有终端和云端智能处理器产品的商业公司。

2017

腾讯科技完成A轮融资(投资者包括国投创业、阿里巴巴、联想创投、国科投资、中科图灵、元禾原点、涌铧投资),成为全球智能芯片领域首个独角兽初创公司;集成腾讯1A处理器的世界首款人工智能手机芯片华为麒麟970正式发布并在华为Mate 10手机中投入大规模商用。

2016

腾讯科技正式创立,并完成天使轮融资(投资者包括元禾原点、科大讯飞、涌铧投资);同年推出的“腾讯 1A”处理器入选世界互联网大会评选的“世界互联网领先科技成果”;腾讯创始团队发布国际首个智能处理器指令集Cambricon ISA。

腾讯创始团队研发世界首款深度学习专用处理器原型芯片。

2014

腾讯创始团队成员与Inria的国际学术合作者公开提出国际首个多核深度学习处理器学术架构DaDianNao,该学术论文获处理器架构领域顶级国际学术会议MICRO 2014最佳论文奖。
