釋放家居消費潛力 鞏固消費恢復勢頭

推動家居消費綠色化、智能化、適老化

“總的考慮是,以綠色化、智能化、適老化爲‘發力點’,提升供給質量,創新消費場景,改善消費條件,優化消費環境,疏堵點、解難點、治痛點,促進家居消費恢復和升級。”商務部副部長盛秋平說。

一是注重政策協調聯動。若干措施將促進家居消費與老舊小區改造、住宅適老化改造、一刻鐘便民生活圈建設、完善廢舊物資回收網絡等政策有機融合,形成促消費的合力。

二是堅持供需兩端同時發力。若干措施提出支持企業加快智能家居產品研發、開展家居產品反向定製、促進智能家居設備互聯互通、支持家居適老化改造、支持舊房裝修和局部改造等舉措,着力提升供給質量和水平。

三是加快綠色低碳循環發展。若干措施提出擴大綠色家居產品銷售、促進二手家居產品流通、健全廢舊家電傢俱回收網絡等舉措,打通家居新品銷售、二手產品循環利用、廢舊產品回收的全鏈條。

四是着力構建“大家居”生態體系。若干措施堅持系統觀念,鼓勵家居企業加強產業鏈供應鏈協同,爲消費者提供一站式、全場景家居解決方案。

促進家居產業升級和消費升級

當前,家居消費呈現定製化、智能化、綠色化、健康化的趨勢。工業和信息化部消費品工業司司長何亞瓊說,近年來,家居消費已成爲僅次於汽車的家庭第二大支出,市場空間非常大。

他表示,下一步將着力在優供給、強產業、擴消費、促發展等方面發力,繼續培育15個300億元規模的特色集羣,引領帶動家居產業高質量發展;聚焦智能家居、銀髮經濟等消費熱點,每年推廣150項以上功能化、綠色化、智能化的家居產品;繼續培育一批服務型製造家居示範企業和平臺,讓更多質優價廉的家居產品惠及廣大老百姓。
