柴油发电机专业部分(预防性保养)

柴油发电机组是全球备用和应急发电系统的首选,为供电要求较高的应用场合如数据中心、电厂、医院、大型商业和工业设施提供电力保障。后备电源的供电可靠性,直接关乎各大用户系统的用电稳定、数据安全和正常运作。我们始终专注,保障各大系统后备电源安全可靠,让客户百分百的放心!

 

备用的发电机组不需要经常使用,却需要发电机组在紧急状态下能正常运转。基于以下理由,备用发电机组的保养非常重要:

① 备用发电机组必须永远处于随时能启动待机状态;

② 备用发电机组必须处于随时可以带负载的状态。

建立预防性保养可提供以下保障:

① 避免停电后系统瘫痪给用户造成不可估量的损失;

② 备用发电机组的使用寿命更长,输出功率一直保持最佳状态;

③ 避免因为部件损坏造成昂贵的修理费;

 

 

★柴油发电机组(带载测试)

根据后备电源维护规程要求,每年需要对柴油发电机组加载试机60~120分钟。在新装发电机组工程验收时、发电机组的日常维护例行检测或者大修后,可以有效检测柴油发电机组的输出功率和带载能力等性能指标是否符合要求,避免了大多数用户的机组长期在无负载或者10%以超低负载运行造成机组积碳严重危害了机组的运行。同时监测发电机组的冷却系统、润滑油压等是否正常。

带负载(假负载或真负载)测试期间,分别记录不同功率段(50%负载以上)时柴油发电机组的各项参数,注意观察电压、电流、频率是否正常,观察有无漏气、漏水、漏油,辨别发电机组声音、烟色是否正常等。

 

 

★ 柴油发电机组 (基础保养)

我司按照各发电机组的《操作与保养手册》规范指引,对使用一定年限的设备进行相应部位的保养,包括清洗、检查、更换超年限运行的易损件等,以保障客户的发电机组方面性能正常,减少发电机故障发生率,提高备用供电可靠性。
