Diesel generator set (with load test)
According to the requirements of the maintenance procedures of the backup power supply, the diesel generator set needs to be loaded and tested for 60 to 120 minutes every year. During the acceptance of the newly installed generator set project, the daily maintenance routine inspection of the generator set or after the overhaul, it can effectively detect whether the performance indicators such as the output power and load capacity of the diesel generator set meet the requirements, which avoids the carbon deposition of the unit caused by the long-term operation of the unit without load or 10% ultra-low load of most users, which seriously endangers the operation of the unit. At the same time, monitor whether the cooling system and lubricating oil pressure of the generator set are normal.
During the test with load (false load or true load), record the various parameters of the diesel generator set in different power segments (above 50% load), pay attention to whether the voltage, current, and frequency are normal, observe whether there is any air leakage, water leakage, or oil leakage, and identify whether the sound and smoke color of the generator set are normal.
